Objectifs
Evaluer si l’angioplastie stenting carotide est non inférieure à l’endartériectomie carotide pour prévenir la présence de nouvelles lésions en IRM de diffusion évaluées de façon centralisée chez les patients ayant une sténose carotide symptomatique.
