    Asundexian for secondary prevention in stroke

    The results of the OCEANIC STROKE trial by BAYER are positive : Among patients with noncardioembolic ischemic stroke or high-risk TIA treated with antiplatelet therapy, asundexian at a daily dose of 50 mg resulted in lower risks of ischemic stroke and major cardiovascular events than placebo, without a higher risk of major bleeding.

    Results of the OPEN WINDOW study

    A multicenter observational study in which the authors compared the outcomes of patients who did or did not receive intravenous thrombolysis before being transferred to a thrombectomy centre.
    This work is also the first achievement of StrokeLink’s PRIMO thematic group, representing a major step toward integrating stroke units without thrombectomy capabilities into our network.

Based on fundamental knowledge of stroke pathophysiology, multi-source databases and a network of clinical investigation centres, StrokeLink aims to reinforce France’s position as a leader in major trials and test therapies in early-phase trials to improve stroke care, from the acute to the chronic stages of the disease.
