Objectives
To evaluate which treatment strategy—combination therapy (intravenous thrombolysis with tenecteplase followed by mechanical thrombectomy) and mechanical thrombectomy alone is more effective in terms of neurological recovery at 3 months for patients with a cerebral infarction resulting from proximal occlusion of a large cerebral artery
